The Cow Bay Loop is a combo of trails and pavement. Start from Boon Docks in Eastern Passage and proceed southeast taking a left on Caldwell, right on Cow Bay, past the Moose, left on Bisset, left onto the Shearwater Flyer trail to Pleasant Street, back to Boon Docks.
